INTRODUCTION 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

These Official Giveaway Rules ("Official Rules") apply to each promotional giveaway conducted by Authenticx, Inc. in connection with industry events and conferences. The event-specific details for each giveaway are set forth in the applicable Event Addendum, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Official Rules. 

1. SPONSOR 

Authenticx, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 9405 Delegates Row, Indianapolis, IN 46240. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. 

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD 

The Giveaway begins and ends on the dates and times specified in the applicable Event Addendum (the "Giveaway Period"). All times referenced in these Official Rules and the applicable Event Addendum are Eastern Time ("ET") unless otherwise expressly stated in the Event Addendum. 

Entries submitted before the start or after the close of the Giveaway Period will be void and will not be eligible for the drawing. Sponsor's computer or timekeeping device shall be the official clock for purposes of determining whether an entry is timely received. 

3. ELIGIBILITY 

The Giveaway is open to individuals who: (a) meet the eligibility criteria specified in the applicable Event Addendum; (b) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (c) are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; and (d) meet any additional eligibility requirements set forth in the applicable Event Addendum. 

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Giveaway (collectively, "Released Parties"), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. 

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. 

4. HOW TO ENTER 

In-Person Entry: During the Giveaway Period, visit the Authenticx booth at the event specified in the applicable Event Addendum, scan the QR code displayed at the booth, and submit the official entry form in its entirety. All information requested on the entry form must be provided to be eligible. 

Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE"): To enter without visiting the Authenticx booth, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the giveaway reference name specified in the applicable Event Addendum on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Authenticx, Inc., Attn: [Event Giveaway Reference Name as specified in the Event Addendum], 9405 Delegates Row, Indianapolis, IN 46240. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Giveaway Period and received within seven (7) calendar days thereafter. All AMOE entrants must independently meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3. 

Limit: One (1) entry per person per Giveaway regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from any person will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. 

5. PRIZE 

The prize(s) for each Giveaway, including the number of winners, prize description, and approximate retail value ("ARV"), are set forth in the applicable Event Addendum. Each prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied, by Sponsor. 

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. 

All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any prize details not specified in the applicable Event Addendum will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION 

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing on or about the date specified in the applicable Event Addendum from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

The potential winner will be notified via email using the email address provided on the entry form. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days of the date of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. 

7. PRIVACY AND DATA USE 

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway, including contacting and notifying the winner(s). Sponsor may also use the information provided to send marketing and promotional communications to entrants. 

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of his or her personal information as described herein and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.authenticx.com/privacy-policy. 

Sponsor will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local data privacy laws and regulations. 

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY 

By participating, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; and (b) release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to the entrant's participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. 

Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or equipment or programming associated with the Giveaway; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Giveaway; (iv) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, or human error in the administration of the Giveaway, processing of entries, or announcement of the prize or winner; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property caused, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Giveaway or use of any prize. 

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING FROM THE GIVEAWAY. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY. 

9. DISPUTES 

These Official Rules are governed by and shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, these Official Rules, or any prize awarded hereunder shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana. Each entrant irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute. By entering the Giveaway, each entrant waives any right to bring claims as a representative or member of any class or in a representative capacity on behalf of any other person or entity. 

10. RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY, OR SUSPEND 

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 

In such event, Sponsor may select the winner(s) from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after such action, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. 

11. THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER 

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party brand, manufacturer, or social media platform, including those whose products may be offered as prizes. Any trademarks, trade names, or logos of third parties referenced in connection with the Giveaway or any prize are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. 

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release all such third-party entities from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. 

Any additional third-party disclaimers applicable to a particular Giveaway, including disclaimers required by event organizers or prize manufacturers, are set forth in the applicable Event Addendum. 

12. WINNER LIST 

For the name(s) of the winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Authenticx, Inc., Attn: [Event Giveaway Reference Name as specified in the applicable Event Addendum] Winner List, 9405 Delegates Row, Indianapolis, IN 46240. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the applicable Giveaway Period. The Event Giveaway Reference Name to include with each request is set forth in the applicable Event Addendum.
