AUTHENTICX, INC. RAY-BAN META WAYFARER (GEN 2) GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

Authenticx, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 9405 Delegates Row, Indianapolis, IN 46240. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on April 27, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on April 29, 2026 ("Giveaway Period").

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who: (a) are registered attendees of the Asembia 2026 Specialty Pharmacy Summit ("AXS26") held April 27–29, 2026; (b) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (c) are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; and (d) are healthcare professionals. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Giveaway (collectively, "Released Parties"), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

In-Person Entry: During the Giveaway Period, visit the Authenticx booth at AXS26 and complete and submit the official entry form in its entirety. All information requested on the entry form must be provided to be eligible.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without visiting the Authenticx booth, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the words "Authenticx AXS26 Giveaway" on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Authenticx, Inc., Attn: AXS26 Giveaway, 9405 Delegates Row, Indianapolis, IN 46240. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 29, 2026, and received by May 5, 2026. All AMOE entrants must independently meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.

Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from any person will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer (Gen 2) smart glasses (approximate retail value: $400.00). Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee of any kind by Sponsor. Specific color may vary at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 1, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via email using the email address provided on the entry form. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days of the date of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway, including contacting and notifying the winner. Sponsor may also use the information provided to send marketing and promotional communications to entrants. By entering, each entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described herein and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.authenticx.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

8. General Conditions and Limitations of Liability

By participating, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; and (b) release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to the entrant's participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Giveaway; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in any hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Giveaway; (iv) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway, the processing or judging of entries, or the announcement of the prize or winner; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt, acceptance, or use of any prize.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING FROM THE GIVEAWAY. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY.

9. Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in courts located in Marion County, Indiana. Entrant irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Right to Cancel, Modify, or Suspend

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after such action, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Ray-Ban, EssilorLuxottica, or any social media platform. Entrants release all such entities from any and all liability in connection with the Giveaway.

12. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Authenticx, Inc., Attn: AXS26 Giveaway Winner List, 9405 Delegates Row, Indianapolis, IN 46240. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
