Addition signals continued rapid growth for the customer intelligence company
INDIANAPOLIS — September 8, 2020 — Authenticx, the Indianapolis-based software company that has set a new standard for customer intelligence at scale, announced today that Saas leader Kip Zurcher has joined the team as Chief Operating Officer.
Zurcher has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in Software as a Service and technology companies in the U.S. and abroad, as well as a track record in successfully scaling operations and growing earnings quickly in challenging conditions.
“Having previously worked with Kip, and seeing first-hand his character and talent in action, I am thrilled he is joining us at Authenticx,” said founder and Chief Executive Officer Amy Brown. “Kip’s experience in tech and the industries we serve—insurance, pharma and health systems—makes him an ideal fit.”
As Chief Financial Officer for Seven Corners, Inc., Zurcher most recently designed and led the financial turnaround of the privately held international travel insurance and benefits company. He said joining Brown’s groundbreaking company was a no-brainer.

In 2018, Brown founded the company that solves one of the biggest pain points all companies face: bringing the data-backed, authentic voice of patients and customers into the boardroom to affect positive change. She secured multiple clients, including a top 10 pharmaceutical company, within 12 months, and grew her team to 15 employees, all while bootstrapping the company.
In May 2020, the company announced an $800,000 preferred equity round. In June, Brown was named TechPoint’s 2020 Mira Rising Entrepreneur.
Since 2018, the company has raised a total of $1.35 million from investors, including M25, Elevate Ventures, Innovatemap Ventures, Allos Ventures and Sequoia Capital.
