The first session, "Reimagining Hub Operations: Building and Managing a Hybrid Hub Model," takes place September 1st from 2:15–3:00 PM. The second session, "Using Conversation Data to Close Operational Gaps That Lead to Better Patient Outcomes," takes place September 2nd from 8:45–9:15 AM. Amy Brown is joined by Andrea Preuss of Keenova Therapeutics to share how conversation data can surface hidden operational gaps across the hub experience, and how closing those gaps translates into better outcomes for patients.
Across both sessions, attendees will learn how to apply conversation intelligence to identify where hub operations are breaking down, understand the practical realities of managing a hybrid hub model, and connect patient conversations to measurable improvements in care.
