The purpose of this presentation is to facilitate a conversation on the state of healthcare by discussing how patients navigate the business side of their healthcare journey. Through a storytelling format designed to prompt forward-thinking action, the past and present are examined to explore the impact of our healthcare system. This includes:

  • Data-Backed Storytelling: This presentation is grounded in data but uses storytelling to connect audiences with the voices of humans who are the source of that data.
