Employee Assistance Program
Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers assistance and services for mental health, substance use, family and parenting, financial and legal, and life and work.
Perks at Work
Perks at Work offers three (3) key services: 1.) The Community Online Academy (COA) to live a smarter, healthier life. 2.) Professional development training to make a competitive advantage with high performance; 3.) Exclusive discounts, such as for shopping, travel, and fitness.
Executive Coaching
Employee coaching and development opportunities are routinely exercised through external, third-party executive coaching. This coaching occurs in one-on-one sessions, small groups, and by mid-manager meeting types.
Tech Networking
Tech is a tight-knit community, especially in Indianapolis. Authenticx has participated in the #IndyTechGives campaign, a fundraising competition between technology companies that benefits local not-for-profits. Authenticx is also a TechPoint member.
All-Company Events
Employees come together for our Summer Celebration and Gratitude Event. We have fun, get great information from leadership, and even partner with the United Way of Central Indiana. for a community service activity.
Onboarding
Get comfortable in your new role while on the job and get introduced into the company with a cohort, hearing from leaders, and getting an Authenticx “Big Buddy”. All new hires are assigned a “Big Buddy” to help them with questions and to connect as friends!
Employee Resource Groups
These voluntary employee groups help contribute to organizational culture, and diversity and inclusivity initiatives that build on and help define Authenticx’s core values and mission.
Service and Giving Back
Participate in exciting giving opportunities, ways to build the community, and grow internal culture. Authenticx has given to several not-for-profits via company donations, such as Athlead Indy and the MLK Center.
Holidays and Observances
Celebrating keeps our culture in step with our values. Depending on the year, we close for 9+ holidays/observances. Company-coordinated community engagement opportunities occur on Juneteenth and Veteran’s Day, and employees get an extra week of time off at the end of year.
Remote Flexibility
While typical business hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, work schedules are determined by role, team, and geographic locations. This allows employees to work while balancing life needs from anywhere.
On-Site HQ
Although we have a remote-hybrid workplace, we do have a (very stylish) office in Indianapolis. We have a fully-stocked kitchen, conference rooms, focus areas, a nursing room, and local artwork that speaks to our cultural mantra of “We. Belong. Here.”
Nearby Amenities
Employees that frequent the office have access to an office park gym membership and full-service cafeteria with table games. Outdoor amenities are vast, such as a basketball hoop, a workout area, and shopping and restaurants just minutes away in the Keystone area.
