Authenticx Smart Sample evaluated calls to gather brand-specific insights from various stakeholders. Calls from patients, providers, and caregivers identified what questions were being asked about the brand’s storefront and where confusion was emerging. Montages were used to share different scenarios these stakeholders faced and to pinpoint where disruptions were occurring.
Of the sampled calls, Authenticx found that the storefront’s major areas for growth were:
- Inventory clarity
- Easily accessible shipping information
- Simplified ordering methods
These insights were shared with the team who are now developing a new storefront for the brand, and have requested continued monitoring to assess the effectiveness of new customer-facing sites.
